What we do

Four broker services. One honest deal.

Shopbox Wholesales brokers branded used vehicles and heavy equipment across South Texas — sourcing, paperwork, in-person delivery, and pre-purchase inspection coordination. No franchise floor. No commissioned upsell. Four services; one clean hand-off.

Service 1 of 4

Vehicle & equipment sourcing.

Shopbox works private sellers, estate sales, and South Texas broker network auctions — not franchise floor plans — to hand-pick the unit that fits the buyer's spec and budget. No inventory quota, no commissioned upsell.

When a buyer tells us what they need (make, model, year range, budget, must-haves), we start sourcing inside our broker network the same day. Most buyers see two or three candidates within a week.

We list a unit only after we've laid eyes on it in person. What goes on the listing is what the buyer shows up to see — no deceptive photos, no distance-only appraisals.

Service 2 of 4

Title & paperwork handling.

Every sale closes with a Texas-issued title. We walk the buyer through Form 130-U on the spot at the San Antonio hand-off — buyer and seller sections, odometer disclosure, any lien disclosure — so the DMV trip has no surprises.

Any existing lien is disclosed upfront in the listing, with the payoff amount itemized. We don't bury it in the fine print.

The buyer walks away with a signed title in hand the same day they hand over funds. No waiting on a dealer to mail paperwork weeks later.

Service 3 of 4

In-person deliveries across the service area.

Hand-offs are usually a San Antonio meet point by appointment — free inside Bexar County. Extended legs to the Rio Grande Valley (Laredo, Edinburg, McAllen), Coastal Bend (Corpus Christi corridor), and surrounding South Texas counties are quoted at a flat per-mile figure before the buyer commits.

We drive the unit; the buyer doesn't haul it. For heavy equipment like diesel air compressors, we coordinate the tow or flatbed logistics and quote that separately as part of the hand-off plan.

We travel as far as the route makes sense — ask before you assume the answer is no.

Service 4 of 4

Pre-purchase inspection coordination.

Every unit we list has been through an in-person inspection before it goes live. We check the obvious — fluids, frame, mechanicals, tire wear — and flag anything that needs disclosure in the listing itself, not after the buyer has driven two hours.

Buyers who want a third-party pre-purchase inspection (PPI) from a shop of their choosing are welcome to arrange one; we hold the unit for a reasonable window and coordinate the timing.

We'd rather lose a deal than have a buyer find out on day three that we knew about a problem.
